Another Dartmoor Treefree question

I'm thinking of getting one of these but as I would need to use it on 2 completely different shaped horses I'm wondering about the pommels.

Are they easy to change? Do you need tools like with Wintec or do they just velcro in?

No, you just unzip, remove one pommel, put in the next, zip up and voila!! :p
