I understand the basics of how you should pull a mane but my poor horse always ends up with it all sticking up and I can never get it straight it always looks a mess!! I use (or at least try to!) a thinning comb, solo comb and thinning scissors....... I wouldnt like to pull it properly!! It might hurt!!!
I was thinking of paying someone to come and do it for me as it might be easier for me to start with keeping it tidy!!(although I have had horses for years they have always had full manes)
Any advice?? or does anyone know of anyone that does it freelance in the Harlow / Nazeing area
