Has anyone ever read the book Yoga for Riders? Or own it? I want to buy it but I want to know IF it's any good before I spend all my cash on it! Thanks for any help!

I've been wondering about this too. :) I haven't found a copy of the book but I've found Yoga quite enjoyable for relaxing. Does anyone know any good stretches or poses? specifically for legs, lower back, and biceps? or for that matter Quads?

I too have wanted to check out the book. I love stretching and yoga exercises. Here's my favorites for back and thighs.
For inner thighs, sit on the ground and place the soles of your feet together in front of you. Try to bring your feet in toward you as much as far as is comfortable and lower your knees as close to the floor as you can. This feels great after a day of stirrupless work.
For the back, I do a series of twists that work from lower to middle back. Laying on your back, first, line up your feet so one leg is above the other with left heel on right toe (or vice versa) so your feet are in line perpendicular to the floor. Now, tilt your feet until the left toe touches the floor (feet still lined up straight), so your hips twist and your lower back stretches. Next, put your left foot flat on your right knee and lower your left knee to the floor (this stretches higher up the back).
