How do you get on with it? The pommel looks a little lower than the Trekker?

i'm sorry, but what's a barefoot? From the sound of it it's a saddle.

You might get more responses if you post on the IHDG - a lot of people on there have Barefoot saddles if I remember rightly.

I am about to get one, i am buying it off a friend. I also have a trekker. They are very similar although I have only ridden in the barefoot very briefly it felt the same as the trekker to ride in, didn't notice about the pommel will ahve a closer look.

I personally prefer them to the trekkers because they do give a bit of wither clearance which you do not get with the trekker so I have to compensate with loads of pads. The main disadvantage is how much time it takes to get hold of one, they say 6-8 weeks, but my friends took about 9 weeks (this was last summer though).
