in the last two days meg has had her mane, teeth, back and feet done!!!! :eek: i feel sooo much beter for all of this and the good part, it only cost £35 :D
i done her mane with a solo comb so no cost there! i changed black smith coz i didnt like the way the other one shoed her which cost £20! oh and the reason why she was footie on her frond feet is because she had a slight corn on one foot and the other a bruse ( i dont think i spelled that right) but they are getting better and i now can ride! :D
then yesterday the back man came and done her teeth and checked her back. turns out, she did have a 'rib out', not sure what that means, and he got his assistant to lift her back leg high and done something to make a cracking sound, i couldnt see coz he was in the way, he didnt charge me for that because it was only something little! so al in all it cost me £15 for her teeth!! :p also he said that she is very supple and soft and he has never seen that in a horse for a long time, i was beaming with a smile from ear to ear! i was supprised coz i only ride her about twice a week! i think it is the parelli exercises i do with the lateral flexations and the disengaging and sideways lateral moving!!!
once he left i rode in my trekker with my new high wither equitex numnah and it was great!! :D i only rode for about 1/2 an hour and when i took the saddle off i could see that there was complete wither clearence it was great!!!
