Hard to tell with those little legs but I think that's a canter rather than a gallop. May be wrong though!

Thanks guys!! I'm trying to hit 4th gear so hard! I just don't think he's ever been asked for it before. It is certainly incredible fun riding a little one! I am currently looking for a sec B mare to do some more serious jumping on but my little fella will always be my number one.

Someone on another message board asked me if he was a mini horse! LOL!! Can you imagine! I said no, his NAME is Midget, not "I'm a Midget"!!!!!! I do look funny perched on top of my 11.1hh boy but he rides SO big, you just don't feel like you are on a little 'un when you ride him. Its only when I see footage and photos that I think OMG!!! I think he carries me just fine though!
He's actually a lovely palomino, its hard to tell from the footage, he went so pale when I clipped him but his summer clothes are starting to peak through. Better pics of the little guy here:

The footage was actually taken on my digicam which can record for a minute or so. You need a card reader for the PC and Quicktime which is free and fast to download and then you can watch small films. I uploaded the file to my website and then posted the link here! :)

Just wondering, are any of you guys in the Buckinghamshire area? I'm looking for a buddy and their pony to accompany us to m&m shows!

OMG i absolutely think he is the most gorgeous thing i have ever seen, what a stunner, hes a pally and yet he has the dark features on his face. I wouldn't get rid of him even if i was too big! :P

im not quite as far out as buckinghamshire, im in hertfordshire nw london, but im also wanting to show my lil welsh A share pony.

hoping to do in-hand and ridden classes (if we get our canter sorted...it is more mad dash at the mo) so if you are going to any further towards london let me know.
we hit 4th gear as soon as the fields got nice, beating the 15.3 cob notorious for going fast and having no brakes, but surprise surprise he decided to show me up by carrying on around the field at breakneck speed after we had passed the finish!

he is soooooooo gorgeous, you must be so proud of him. good luck with all the shows and have fun, little ponies rule!

Only just seen this thread - look at Midget go :D So what if it's only a canter, look at the extension. Very nice!

I'm near Bucks. I'm not in a position to be showing my on share pony right now, but if you ever need a groom, my services are available! Seriously, if you ever need a hand at any shows just let me know - I'm good at pony holding / pony cleaning / pony keeping-happy-ing and generally being a jack-of-all-trades at shows :D I love it though, so if you ever need a willing pair of hands, just yell!
