Training a horse to lie down on command

Does anyone know where I can get more information on training a horse to lie down on command? NOT voice command, but that thing where you start by lifting the horse's leg. I've seen it done, but I don't remember how it all goes.

I went to a website once that had a step-by-step guide, but that was a long time ago, and now I can't remember it. And I'm getting nowhere trying to search on Google! :eek:
