I've got a Wintec 500..I've had it for about 6 months now, and decided it's time for a serious cleaning before a horse show on Saturday. I'm not sure on how to go about doing this, since my Wintec is synthetic, and not real leather. Any suggestions? Also, how can I get my curry comb, hard brush, hoof pick, etc. nice and clean? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

hello!

Cleaning a Wintec is really easy. My saddler said I should fill a bucket with water with washing up liquid in it and use a small brush and scrub off the mud. IF you then dry it and buff it up with a cloth so that you don't get water marks it looks fairly decent - it will never shine as much as a leather saddle though.

There was a post not too long ago about cleaning grooming kit, use the search button on this page and see what you can find.

bye!
