I am Going to Lease A Horse

There is this women at my stable that has this beautiful Arabian. The owner of the horse is going away for the summer and she needs someone to look after her horse. So i said that I would do it. She offered to pay me to take her horse out to graze turn her out and ride her while she was gone. So I told the lady yes. I am going to see if I can go to the Stables Tomarrow and see if I can find her and ask her about the dates when she leaves. Whish me LUCK!!! :) :) :) :D :D :o :o

You are getting paid to lease a horse?! Wow. That is pretty fortunate as usually you would have to do the paying!

I just wanted to say thanx to everyone for giving me all the support to do this. Is anyone else here going to lease or buy a horse because if you are I just wanted to say good luck to who ever is going to do this just like I did. I just want to say good luck. And hope you find that special horse to lease or buy that will make you happy in life and for many years to come. :) :D :) :D

This will be the third summer in a row that I lease my mare :D In fact, I should talk to my instructor and organize that. :rolleyes:

i lease a mare from my trainer. i like it because i feel like it prepares me for a horse of my own, which i am working over with my mom. leasing is great because you get to feel diffrent horses and it makes you a better rider i think if you ride lot of different horses because then you can adapt to every horse you ride. :) good luck and have fun with your lease!
