How do i post a poll?

I have found the little option box thingy at the bottom of the post new thread page, but I can't seem to work it out from there!! Help!!

Well , type your thread as normal , and then click the poll thingy at the bottom . Then go to post thread , and a page will come where you get to choose your questions ect. . I think after that , you just click post poll or something , and thats it . I haven't posted a poll in ages though , so I can't remeber exactly, but I know the first part is right , :)
