Fizz Coaching Clinic for all

Tina and I were discussing the feasibility of running a Fizz Coaching Clinic for riders and horses in Leicestershire.

The course would be held near Melton Mowbray and we have the use of a very good menage.

The course would be aimed at those riders with confidence issues, if anyone feels this would be useful for them can you PM me your name and contact details? At this stage it is just to get an idea of interest and numbers.

Can I just stress that although the techniques of Fizz Coaching worked very well for me, there is no guarantee that this method will work for everybody and others may not find it of benefit.

Sorry to be thick but what exactly is Fizz Coaching? I have seen it mentioned a few times but haven't a clue what it is, is it similar to NLP?

Yes, Tina employs the principles of NLP and other techniques including breathing techniques etc to aid people who have primarily confidence issues with their riding.

NLP has been used successfully in non-equestrian sports coaching for a while. The Fizz Coaching bit is just really the name of Tina's coaching company and is named after a horse Tina's Company sponsors you can read more here:

Thanks for that. I luckily don't get nervous when riding but would still be interested in the why's and wherefores, unfortunately I'm miles away from you, typical! Good luck with it anyway.

Hi, at the moment there are no Fizz Coaches in your area- I can double check that with Tina. However, she does do a CD or you could look in your local phone directory under sports coaches/coaching and see if you could something suitable.
