has anyone heard of positive horse magic? I believe Ross Simpson who used to be a parelli trainer has developed this method. I think he moved to Wales but I can't find the web site and wondered if anyone had any experience of their courses, and continuing the work afterwards.

Type Natural Animal Centre into your address bar and you'll find them. They write articles in Equi Ads, but it's all a bit same old same old to me. Re-cycling stuff they've been writing for years. They've added zebra studies in recently...
Basically they are clicker trainers. Heather inputs on the behaviour side and I believe her qualification from Southampton University is in Companion Animal Behaviour or something similar.
You could also look up Company of Horses, they combine clicker with other training and seem to be more "active" and getting some great results. They've been on the telly a couple of times and do a lot with very troubled equines.
The Natural Animal Centre has courses in behaviour and produces accredited behavourists. Accredited by the NAC that is, not any external professional body.

They've also cheesed off a lot of people who would otherwise be sympathetic to what they do by using magazine articles to basically slag off other NH methods and apparently suggest that most people's horses are traumatised into obedience but we don't know it
