Do you have ground poles? Just ground poles, alone, are a great way to start. By placing them in measured lines and in patterns to represent small parts of "courses," there is an almost endless variety of things you can work on (striding, straightness, approach, turns, bending lines, etc).
Hay bales, end-to-end, make nice jumps without much prep.

For playing around I used to prop one side of an old fence rail up on the arena fence (it a place where it would fall if hit) and prop the other side up with a mounting block.

Find some logs or planks of wood and balance them on some oil drums or put tyres on them. For jump wings you could use cones. You can also paint them aswell. You could also cut up bits of tyre to use as jump cups. ALSO you could use old haybales. enjoy! :)
