As Some Of You May Have Read My Horse Has Suffered A Very Nasty Deep Flesh Injury, Muscle Tear , Loss Of Some Flesh Etc With Deep Stitching & Is Still At The Stage Where She Has Part Of The Wound Open To Allow The Build Up Of Fluids From The Damaged Tissues To Drain

I Obviosly Want To Do All I Can To Help Her Heal & Wondered If Anyone Can Recommend A Tried & Tested Supplement That Will Aid Healing

She Is 16 , Not Allergic To Anything That I Am Aware Of & I Currently Give Her Glucosamine (re Her Age) & Have Started Giving Her An Aloe Vera Based Supplement Since The Injury (in Addition She Is On Antibiotics & Bute From The Vet)

The Benefit Of Anyones Previous Experiences Would Be Much Appreciated

Wonder gel by gold label.

Its all natural.... my mums old hunter had a huge ingury ripped open all the flesh round his leg (it was hanging off him horrible) and was told would take 6 weeks till he'd be able to be ridden again and my mum slapped that on everyday and within 6 weeks he was out hunting again. Its really good stuff, we now use it for all niks and cuts......... my mum swears by it now :D

Thanks For That But I Was Thinking More Feed Wise As The Vet Is Talking Pos Months To Heal & She Is Currently On Twice Weekly Vet Visits & Wound Management Advice From Him So At This Stage Lotions , Gels Etc Are Not An Option
