mike or mods~an idea

as we all know we all like posting piccis right.........

so what if there was a section to post piccis on or photobucket account that mike can clear on a regular.........that way it shouldnt take up too much server space if you guys clear them say after 2 days so posters (like me *obsessive*) dont take up too much space?

Someone more techie can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think linking to somewhere like photobucket takes any space up (other than the code) does it?:)

Linking to a photobucket account doesn't take up server space, no. So anyone who wants to post piccies and posts a lot of them ;) just needs to get themselves a photobucket account http://www.photobucket.com and use that to post pictures. The image tag on the picture you want to post is all you need. :) The cafe area is for posting pictures, so they don't usually hang around long enough to clog the boards up either.

I hate to sound like a pain but to be honest Mike and the mods have enough to do here without having to take care of a section for photos, or administrate a photobucket account.

There is also a members' photos section on here - there's a link on the right hand side of the page. Linking to pics you put up there doesn't take up space on NR either. :)
