I am lucky enough to be having a few days minus children in september. We're off to stratford & would like to go out for a hack. can anyone recommend somewhwere near?

Hi there, can anyone recommend a good riding holiday in this country,my friends and I are hoping to go next Feb, we've been on a couple already one of them was a complete waste of money and the other was really great but has since changed hands, any info would be welcome, good or bad, thanks

I have been to wrexham, couple of years ago now, was v good. I didnt know that there had been a change of ownership? I am in the welsh mountains & there are several good places near me. What are you looking to do? trail riding, lessons, trekking ? let me know & I can point you in the right direction.

Hi rockyrobin,
My friends and I are just wanting to improve riding in general, we are all about the same standard, ie can trot, can canter in a fashion also, last Feb we had Annie Haxton at Wrexham where we had great fun learning to jump although have done very little jumping since. We would like mainly to have lessons and the occasional hack out,two of my friends own there own horses so they may want to take them too. We went to another place last year in York which was a waste of time and money, we learnt nothing, we were very dissapointed, thankyou for your reply, any tips would be gratefull.
