Can,t go on update

Hi everyone, just to say a big big thankyou to everyone who posted yesterday. I had a lesson today and managed to stay on her for 20 minutes!! It,s also really windy up here but I tried my best and I had to trot Rosie down the side of the school with the bushes to finish! But I did it!!
Riding again in the morning.
I,ve still got a long way to go but I,ll get there. I,m also going to go ahead with some hypnosis. It might take the edge off me. But It,s worth a try. Failing that I,ll try Fizz coaching.

Fantastic news Jen - take it as slowly and comfortably as you like. You will get there in the end, big step today! You are lucky to have such a star as Rosie - she will look after you and it sounds as if you have a really strong bond. You are half-way there.
