Black or Brown

Hi - I can't decide between black or brown tack for my new Palomino... what do you think? :rolleyes: :confused:

I too love black tack :) but maybe brown would suite a Palamino, have you got or can you borrow some pieces of tack in black and brown? If so try them for colour against your horse and see which suites him/her better :)

I would say BROWN.

All my tack for my chestnut TB is brown & it suits her fine.
I'm sure brown will go for your palamino too.

i adore black tack, but have dark horses, perhaps brown is more suited to a palomino, then again i prefer greys in black?! confusing! :p

I would say brown. I have brown for my flaxen chestnut and she looks gorgeous in it. I think it looks a lot more friendly than black.

Thanks everyone - you have helped me alot - I will go for brown! I really think the brown suits the Palomino colouring alot more....even though it's harder to obtain (esp here in NZ). Do you think I have to get brown riding boots as well? :rolleyes:
