I'm confused!

Well it's my last year at school and I know what i'm doing. Firstly hairdressing then i'm moving on to train and break in horses. But do you need exams to do that? Also I want to do more with dressage like all the posh stuff that you do on friesians like half past and paiffe but which training thing do I do? Instructors that i have had don't teach me things like this! So I want professional training. and where do people get there famous trainers from? Like michael whitaker!? I want a famous trainer too lol!
