Riding Club Pony inhand query

Casp is a Section C but I was wondering if I would be able to show him in Riding Club Pony in-hand just out of interest.

I dont see why not. If he is the type of pony who could do all riding club activities, ie a good 'all rounder' then thats what the judge will be looking for.
