How can I stop myself putting more weight in one stirrup and not the other, Ive tried so hard and can't get this sorted.
I shove my weight through my heels so I don't lose my stirrup but still end up wonky! :o

It could be that either the saddle tilts to one side, or that the stirrups are uneven which will mean you put more weight on one side. Also my pony for example just naturally leans more on one side which means i tilt slightly when riding him so i have to try and compensate for that. You can do that by standing up in the stirrups for a second keeping the pressure as equal as possible, then sit back down. Its not something you can correct quickly but with practice you can sort it out. Oh and also most people naturally put their weight more on one side then the other, just to complicate things!

I would say ride without stirrups, then you can see if its you or the saddle

fall in means when you are cantering or trotting keep to the track and stay in the courners so you not tipping and then your saddle my tip

I understand LOL, I have noticed the saddle does tip to one side and I know that's a flocking job, I normally ride in a bareback pad so in that I stay square, also she does tend to be slimmer on one side and my bum is fatter on the opposite  :D
I've just asked a friend if she has found the same problem when riding in the saddle and to my relief she does, so it's not just that I'm a cr***y rider :D ;)
