Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help, i'm looking for a riding instructor in the Warwickshire area (Kenilworth). I've had Girlie (Fruit Loop as she can be a bit crazy) for just over a year on loan. Shes 5 but nobody had done anything with her which was a shame as she's got the greatest temperament. Over the past year i've backed her, she's excellent on the road but i just feel that both of us need a few lessons as i don't really want to ruin her as i'm not the best rider.
Can anyone help

I used to learn to ride with a woman called Mrs Sandon in Coventry, I saw her name recently as still having a riding school in Warwickshire but can't remember where she was. Think the link was on the ABRS site - it was some years ago but she taught me a lot, all the stable management I know now is because she pushed me into doing the Pony Club exams - wish I'd ridden with her for more than a year.

I'll have to keep my eye out for her then. I just really want to get good at something I really enjoy!

found her again, she's in Nuneaton - the link to schools in Warwickshire is http://64.224.85.61/england/warwicks.htm. good luck with your search, you can also get a list of approved BHS riding schools in your area from the BHS website and try local tack shops / local classifieds.
