Glad you meant suede :D I was wondering what the hell sude was - I thought god not another bloomin horse term I don't yet know about!!! :p Have you tried a very very stiff brush on it? I used to have a suede jacket that went horrid and black around the collar and cuffs, and I used a metal prongy type brush on it. Don't think there is any cleaning type fluid you can use :(

If you look at a cobblers/shoeshop/supermarket they usually have cleaning/protective sprays for suede. You can actually get something that stop staining (better late than never) and I'm sure you could get something to reflock areas if needs be. :)
