I've been interested in buying and retraining an ex-racehorse but I can't find any sites on the internet that sell them. I live in England and would appreciate anyone who knows any websites. Thanks xxx

Moorcroft are a racehorse rehabilitation centre based in West Sussex. They have horses in need of new homes.

Yeah, I would try the racehorse rehabilitation centre. They will assess your ability, and match you to the correct horse. Also, you could try various racing yard. My ex racehorse, was from a dealer who bought her from James Given's yard. It's best to go to a reputable trainer, and see if they can help you. Many dealers take them in, and resell them, but as always, be very careful about dealers, and ensure it is a reputable one.
