whats the best course

I am keen to improve my knowledge about evrything to do with horses and their care I am thinking of doing the first part of the BHS horse owner certificate and wondered if anyone had completed this as I dont want to waste money :D Ido help in the yard about 2 days a week and more when on hols and have a cob on part loan so have learnd alot from the girs in the yard
I work full time and have 3 kids so my life is pretty busy but thought I could study at night so if anyone could give me a bit of advice that would be brill thanks Andrea;)

Work your way through the satges, one to .... however far you want to go. The BHS stages of stable management do not involve riding practical and are not a bad way to get some certificates under your belt.

Don't rule out Association of British Riding Schools though, they do a good series of certs. in management.
