Ok, warwick is a 14.1hh cobby pony who looks like a mini shire is it possible for him to be a shire cross or is he too small???
he was rescued so we know nothing about him???
cant put pic on, tells me its too big and i cant do it so cant show u!!!
so what other breed could he be???

Unlikely given that shire's average 17hh....much more likely to be a mixture of the heavier native breeds or at maybe a little Clydesdale

It is possible, but almost certainly not 1/2 Shire, more likely to have some Shire in him further back. Some of the little cobs blatantly have draught horse in them somewhere but can be as small as 13hh.

my friend has a 14.2hh pony who looks exactly like a shire, if you stood at the road and looked over at him in his field you would think he was a 17hh shire. he came from ireland originally i think, and we have no idea what he is, although he has alot more feather than my hw cob and definatly has some shire in him.
