No idea, but you can get magnesium tablets from chemists & health food shops.

Or get Epsom salts which are very rich in magnesium, cheap too, under a fiver for a tub.

Second the epsom salts, only a teaspoon every other day or so.
There have been studies into how it can help nervous horses.

Epsom salts are not suitable for my horse as she has a sensitve digetive system.
I am sure I read somewhere that linsedd is a good source of magnesium but just can't remember where.

Seaweed (presumably kelp) has many minerals in very SMALL quantities and Iodine in reasonable quantities i.e. it really only provides a good supplement for Iodine.
Linseed oil contains little in the way of vitamins and minerals (there are some but they are in small quantities again). Magnesium is present in good quantities in all grains and green leafy 'vegetables' i.e. grass. If you want to add even more magnesium you can purchase it in many forms - most salt licks include it, epsom salts and agricultural magnesium (which is magnesium oxide and is a little better than epsom salts)
Magnesium Required = (%) 0.09
Available in forage = 0.15 - 0.6
grains = 0.1 - 0.02
