Hi there,
First i would like to thank Heather for the three days we spent at her place. It was fantastic! As a nervous novice (and mature!) rider, I was extremely worried about looking a complete prat. However after being assessed and corrected on the Equisimulator for a fairly short session I was riding the lovely Millie -in the correct position! I really couldnt believe it when i saw myself on video. What really shocked me was how simple it was once you are shown how to absorb the movement of the horse. I really wanted to let people know how worthwhile it is. If I can do it anyone can, honest!

ps Squeezing the muscles together in your seat has worked on every horse in the school that weve tried it on - onlookers think were casting spells on them!

HI Teresa,

It was my pleasure- you and Jo ( her instructor and also owner of the school where Teresa keeps her horse) were great to teach, as were the other two girls. Teresa wqs totally convinced that she was one of the world's most awful riders- usually these are the ones who havent' got nearly as many problems who think they are the world's best riders!- and Teresa was no exception. She was a doddle to teach and I hope now will believe in herself rather more than before. Glad you are finding things are working on the riding school horses too!
