So when my YO died a week ago, I fed for the weekend. I went according to the chart. I knew the chart hadn't been updated as my one boy was supposed to be getting a cup more of Equine Senior than was on the chart. I also knew there were plans to switch from Rice Bran to Empower for old Beau, and for the three 6 year olds to juts go on Senior since their regular food had turned up moldy one too many times.
I didn't know of all the details of all this and I ended up feeding the 6 year olds the Empower ($25/bag yikes) and old Beau was only getting his Senior. So now I'm hoping I was the only one feeding wrong for the 3 days I fed. And I am hoping I didn't mess anyones belly's up with switching feeds so often. Urg.
I'll be updating the feed chart this weekend. Left a message for the YO's husband to ensure he knew of these changes for when he feeds and to let him know what I did.
I can only imagine the 6 year olds were quite pleased with the special fatty treats they were getting when I fed. Doh!
