I know icelandic horses are small (12-14hh) and they can carry big adults for hours so I was wondering if anyone knows another more common breed with this gift?

I think alot of stocky Welsh Cobs can carry large amounts. Halflingers can also carry large amounts, but are not as common(at least over here)

Fell ponies, Highlands and Dales can also carry fairly heavy weights.

Look at the mongolian horses that are about the Steppes today, they are the same.

Fell ponies, Highlands and Dales can also carry fairly heavy weights.:eek:What's the weight limit? I read 16stones of dales and highland - the weight of a stag.
