Ideal Weight??

Can anyone tell me what an ideal weight for: 11h2 Welsh x Shetland 4yrs chunky boned and 11hh2/3 Welsh x Shetland 3 yrs slightly more refined. Thanks :)

I would suggest getting a weigh tape, but as you would be using it on ponies it won't give you an accurate weight, use it more as a guide so you can see if they are loosing or gaining week to week.

echo jessey - rather than getting obsessed with figures, go on overall condition - fat pads, rib visibility, wobbling when trotting, cresty neck etc.
