I used to have a pair of aquacats and they were really comfy and warm once i'd worn them in a bit. I've now got a pair of equitector (sp) the steel toe capped ones and they're not too bad for keeping warm to be honest. I used to buy really cheap jod boots but just found i was wrecking them really quickly so i spent a bit more and the boots have lasted nearly 1 1/2 of everyday wear.

I've got a really great pair of lace up Hunter Kelso short boots which I wear with half chaps.

I've got a great pair of woof wear boots. They're called long winter boots, and theyre £35 or £45 (depends which size you get). I don't think they're recommended for riding because of the grips on the bottom, but they've got a heel and I've had no problems with them. The original muck boot company have got really warm boots, and they do ones specially for riding. Lots of people at my yard have got the woof ones though, and we love them! Have to be careful in deep puddles though, I found out last night they're not waterproof over the ankles! Hope you find some great boots :) x

i love my steeds field boots. they have an elasticy wrap around lace in the front, so they have laces without you having to tie them and look a bit sleeker too i might add:p, and they have a zipper up the back. the main reason i love them so much is that they aren't soooo tall. most things i could find would go over my knee, and i didn't need to alter these at all.
