I wasn't sure in what section to put this! so thought it best here as it's for the rider:) I have found myself an Elightened Equitation instructor and am very excited about it:D she teaches Feldenkrais but to be honest I'd never heard of it, it's all to do with balance and posture.
Does anyone have any opinions or knowledge on this?

Feldenkrais is a method of relearning how you use your body. It is used to develop awareness of your body, how to control your body without effort or strain and is a very gentle method of movement but is incredibly powerful. It improves flexibility, co-ordination, relaxation and breathing. It is used for everything from rehabilitation from sports injuries, everyday postural correction to helping with arthritis, rheumatism and even people who have had strokes (CVAs).
You're very lucky to have got an EE instructor, please let us know how you get on :D
