Can't say I've ever heard of it. Whereabouts in Hampshire is this place? Hope you get well soon and sorry to hear of your accident!

Its terrible about the insurance forms and all!
Sounds like a pretty nasty injury..I really feel for you.:(
However.....information like this is NOT relevant on the board. People have done stuff like this before and it got closed and deleted.:o Sorry.
However...just looked at your number of posts...which is 1 so obviousley you joined up to tell us this.....right? But Mods don't allow this. It is against the boards rights and could get the board into trouble? *Am I correct on this Mods?*

You do realise that in this day and age, for an arm to be amputated, the nerves and muscle tissue have to be shredded, or you have to have a case of flesh eatin disease/necrosis?

That said, I checked out the newrider profile for the barn. Surely a place that caters to disability-ridden adults has safe horses? Horses are animals, and just like people, are unpredictable and react differently to different stimuli. In my eyes, very few horses endanger their riders purposely, and out of the ones that don't, most accidents are due to human mistakes.
