My horse gets very nervous at a competition. He is not naughty, but tense ans tucks up. Any ideas. Must be legal eg :- I may get blood tested:o

Haven't tried it myself but Cal-Mag has had good reviews and is VERY cheap (about £12 for a 25kg sack). It's available from Harbro (http://www.harbro.co.uk/). I haven't used it myself but some of the other people at the yard do and swear by it :)
