Nerves are taking over!!!

:eek: hi. i have a big problemo. iam new to this show thing ( ive been in 1 show) and my mom and my trainer are thinking of bringing me to the big shows in californa in may!! i know thats a long ways away, but i am freaking out!!!!!! i also have to memorize my tests (training level 1&2 for dressage). can any one halp me calm down and find a way to memorize my tests? thanx

practise practise!! i use to even walk it in the living room - my tests!! doddle on pieces of paper instead of listening to my lectuer at uni!
