I remember there being a thread on someone asking why parelli sets were so expensive, and then someone replying with a link to a man who did ask parelli and gave an answer. I need this link so I can tell my mother the reason why they are so expensive :o I can't seem to find it though.
Thanks a lot :)
EDIT: Alright, I'm just going to ask it to get it over with:
Why are parelli kits so expensive? :P

I'm not a PNH student, but I used to be. My question would be - are they expensive? Look at all the information contained in a pack, a tool to use if you want to work through the programme, but also a source of information to keep and use in the future. How much do you normally pay for books and DVD's? How does the cost of a Parelli pack compare to a riding lesson with a good instructor?
I really don't understand it when people say they are expensive. The equipment I brought 6 years ago is still going strong and in regular use, I use the halter every day. When I think of the money I saved on paying for help with my horses then the pack seem like a bargain :)
Parelli have production costs, including the hours of professional video'ing of the content of the DVD's. Then they have sales and marketing costs. And then of course Mr Parelli has to earn something as well. The price seems fine to me.
