I'm a member, you can write or e-mail them if you want info, i'll track it down...
Basically the PRA run a scheme where you get a folder/book with all the different activites in it such as showing, jumping, dressage, driving etc, and when you compete your pony, and get placed, you write the result in the relevant section and get someone at the show to sign it to confirm it is true. At the end of the year, you return your book and whoever has the most points in a discipline gets a trophy. They also award trophies for overall points, most improved etc. They send bi-monthly newsletters and run video dressage comps and things. I haven't entered anything into my book yet as I haven't entered anything, but it seems like a good idea!
Certain shows will give the highest placed adult on a pony a PRA rosette as well! A local riding club did that last year.
If you don't compete, you can do the pleasure riding scheme, where you log how many hours of hacking you do every week. Not entirely sure how that one works though. You can have 2 ponies on your membership too.
I sound like I run it lol!
