to go into a jump from canter whilst Rhi taught me to jump. So tonight I pushed Rhi into a canter for the jump and yep it was no problem. Ok it was only a two tyre one so not the at big but I enjoyed it :D


Only thing is I'm getting left behind. Have had a word with the girl on my yard who is a BHS instructor and she watched me go over and has basicly said that my leg is not strong enough. Any ideas how to strengthen them. The jumps before she watched me had me not leaning but when K watched me I managed to lean slightly

Lots of no stirrup work will build up those muscles!!!!!;)

going into the jumping position and trotting in it does wonders for leg strength and builds up the right muscles for jumping. (no cheating by rising and sitting, seat just brushing the saddle)
