omg getting so bored!

ok as u know, from the title, Dressage to me is getting well boring. i love it, but i think i need a break. i am jsut doing the same stuff over and over again. my horse is still learning everything so i get bored. it's always shoulder inn and leg yelding. i love it, dressage and horses are my life but i need to do more! how am i supposed to make it fun in a lesson without my trainer getting mad at me?

it ight be that you are stuck in a rutt with your current one??

Have you tried to include some pole work into your lessons? I would tell my instructor if I was getting bored especially as your paying them.

ok first of all, i would ask for polls, but i am way to shy. second of all, nobody wants to teach kids and i would have to leave all my friends at the barn!

I'd ask for poles - don't be shy....theres nothing to lose.;)

Do you do dressage to music....maybe that would be fun!:D

Or take a break.....just do some hacking or maybe even some jumping - whatever takes your liking.
