Are there any older people in you area that might want odd jobs doing around the house? Or you could do dog walking or babysitting? Or sell some things on ebay? Or hold a carboot sale? Horse wise you could try making some treats or home made fly spray or bucket covers and things like that and sell to people on your yard?

How about offering a grooming kit cleaning service on the yard? I hate having to wash my brushes and combs and as I have two horses (well - one is OH's but he doesn't "do" washing:p ) You could charge for washing brushes and combs - I don't know how much - I'd prob pay £5 for all ours doing (or is that mean???!:p )

Could you not put an ad up in local tack shops or around local yards?
Dog walking is a really good idea, you could put an ad up in your local pet shop or tack shop. How about dog grooming too? Or for that matter horse grooming? I'm sure theres people around who would pay to have there horse bathed and plaited up for a show?

Browbands, rosettes? Tack cleaning - but you have to be very good at it.
