Not so much a breed as a cross bred!
Neither the Peruvian Paso Association nor the Icelandic Horse Registries have a section for part or cross breds, it is severely frowned upon.
Both these breeds have very different and distinct gaits and to me there is absolutely no point in crossing them at all. The thought of the paddle motion of the PP and the pure tolt of the Icelandic is not good and I imagine will cause severe joint problems. How bizarre!
Interesting though.

Ugggh - it would be as horrid as a 15hh Exmoor!
The Icelanders have bred Iceys up to 15 hh, there is one here in the UK. I have ridden a couple of 14.2 Icelandics before and they just feel 'wrong', too leggy and unbalanced.
You still can't beat a good little 'un!

There is a German lass who stays with us who goes on about this guy in Germany who has crossed Iceys with something and is trying to breed them into a "breed" of thier own.
The whole beauty of an Icelandic is they are easy to work with, cheap to move about, small and travel sized, can go across places big horses cannot go.
