Showing help!

I am doing my first show on sunday and here's what classes i am doing and what clothes i have got can anyone tell me if they are correct. Well, with lady i am doing ridden and in hand vetran, family pony and junior jumping. With robbie i am doin in hand M&M and bonny pony. I have got a tweed with blue and red in it, a blue hat ( a showjumping one) a white shirt, a red tie with navy spots on, canry joddies, brown boots and brown leather gloves. Would i be able to where the hat dya think?? Any thing else i will need?

your tweed will be good for both classes. what type of hat is it?? i show in the showjumper xp but it is a navy velvet one. a cream shirt would be better (you can stick the white one in a wash with a yellow duster).
for inhand classes i would reccomend trousers rather then jods .
you will need a tie pin and a show cane.

I do have a cane. Also its a just togs its like a suede/velvet material.
I don't have trousers will i get away with jods and also will i get away without a tie pin? Thanks for the help your a star :D

do you have any pics of the hat? i cant see it being too much of a problem unless it has silver stripes on it or something.
as for the tiepin you would be ok without but it looks better with and they can be picked up in charity stores for under £1. jods you will get away with but tend to look awful. agasin a pair of trousers from a charity store for £2 will do!
also do you have jod clips? if not you need them.

I have a feeling the hat is the JT junior showjumper? In which case it's velvet with a leather look harness, and would be just fine. ;)

i have a just togs hat i use for my posh hat. its got a fake leather harness, but it is flesh coloured.

Did the show and got three firsts and two seconds. I see what you mean about thw white shirt looking naff so I'm gona get a cream one. Thanks for you help guys:D Btw its a just togs hat blue is just navy blue all over.

Hehe just waiting for them to get developed and then il post them asap. It was really fun!! I have always done jumping in the past and thought that showing was really hard but i love it!!!!! I'm going to do the full season this year :D
