Hi, thanks for all the good wishes. Liz (my daughter, 17) is home from holiday now and I'm glad to say the bruising's clearing up.
Dexter's a lot better. He wasn't injured by the rear on Saturday, thankfully. He's much happier not having the hard feed and we're looking round for alternative yards. Liz took him out for a long walk today and he was fine on the roads and coped very well (a little frightened, but nothing untoward) when some teenage boys kept clapping at him to try and scare him.
Will keep you all posted.
