.UPDATE.After months of stud visits we have finally found a stallion to compliment Kaya, she is off on saturday to a stallion by Samber i cant wait the broodmare that i have on loan to keep her company is going to stud on sunday and she is going toCountry Lone Ranger so hopefully next year will have two lovely coloured foals!! cant wait

my horse is out of Samber! that is awesome and wonderful! that is so cool! is it a pinto? mine is. how big is he?

quick update......Kaya was dropped off at stud and saturday and was such a TART!!!!! she was covered on sunday it seems our timing was just right , although she npormally shows in season VERY well she hadnt been at home but the minute she met the stallion i like to think it was love!! but thinkmore lust andshe was covered andwont stand for him again so fingers crossed just have to wiat now for 21 days and then she will be scanned!!!!

Well what a small world the horsey world is! My horses are kept at the stud and I was there when Kaya was dropped off.

And not only did i see her being covered but by husband who assists Ren sometimes took her back to her stable afterwards. For a maiden mare she really did very well and did not get at all stressed. She seems a really nice mannered mare and very pretty. I'm sure Kaya and Samthan will have a stunning foal.

I have a foal by Samthan out of an ID mare and he is very well put together and very showy - just like dad.

It is a small world glad you like my girl she does have manners sometimes, i did tell her to behave on her first date!! obvioulsy didnt listen! i agree we shoud get a real stunner!!!!! i do like the two year old is it \Athena he throws some lovely stock, i am so excited its sad!Will say hello when we come to see her or pick her up which ever happens first (depending on her lenght of stay),its a bit of a trek

As some of you will know my coloured mare is at stud.....Well she has come back into season so being covered again this week so fingers crossed but the loan broodmare that i have was scanned yesterday not only is she in foal but at this moment it seems she is hving identical twins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! vet has said it looks like one is smaller than the other so maybe naturally reabsorbing, she is being scanned again next week if no change both it have to be aborted and start again

quick update--kaya was scanned in foal on wednesday of last week she is having another scan this wednesday and then hopefully will be home on saturday with scan pic!!!! will load it as soon as i get it, also i know when they go tostud the idea is to put them in foal! that aim achived the lady at the stud has agreed to sell me a beautiful 2 yr old will post pics when she comes home with Kaya hopefully!!!
