Difference between Pessoa, TopLine Activator and Equibalancer

Does anyone know if there is a difference in action between the Pessoa Training aid, the TopFlyght TopLine Activator and the Equibalancer (and the Mark Todd and everyoneelseunderthesuns version!!) or are they just different versions of the same thing?
