Can anyone shed light on why the Royal Lancashire show is a qualifier for the Dabbs Scottish Masters???? Is it me, or is this slightly weird???

I guess to encourage more people to go to the show? It's ok if you can travel for it, but I think the distance would put a lot of people off!
