Splint????

Forgive my ignorance, but I have not bumped into this until now and barely been readig up on SPLINTS....

When my horse got vetted before purchse, Vet said that she has a slight splint on her rt front leg... that may or may not be an issue...but forwarned me on it.... I still obviously bought her, as I was not going to do any discipline that may put her leg at risk... mainly trails and arena work....

I have read up that it's nothing major... but does anyone have more detailed explanation on this for me??? Is this something to be concerned of ?

GEt some bio flow boots or similar magnetic boots. Don't ask me how/why :confused: but they help get rid of splints if used regularly.:)
