Looking for a new pony

I am looking for a pony for my daughter, anywhere in the south of england, midlands. She's been riding for 2 years now, and I feel it's time that she had her own. She's 14 and 5'1 - and isn't very confident, so a smallish mount would be preferred.
I would perhaps like to ride the pony as well.
