Who is the best person to train a youngster to jump?

Anyone any opinions? I am in the Lancashire area. People have suggested Suzi Gibson and Peter Bothwick. I need someone who is relatively sympathetic, but firm, because the horse was initially over taxed by a dressage rider and became very nappy and refused to go forward. He is getting better now, with hacking only and lots of time off / being walked around shows. He will have the summer off, so to speak and then when he is a bit older he will be sent away.

I have heard fab things about Suzi Gibson. So I would go with her. :)

i see suzie gibson around loads, she has a unique style, but i think she manages to get the best out of her horses.
